Chouchou is available as a curated commercial location for brands, creatives and production teams seeking a refined, character-rich backdrop.
This is not a blank studio, it is a deeply considered private residence.
Layered, styled, and atmospheric — best suited to thoughtful campaigns that value detail and storytelling.

SETTING & LAYOUT
Chouchou offers multiple styled rooms, soft natural light throughout the day, textural finishes, and a front garden and courtyard setting.
Spaces include:
– Conservatory cafe & lobby
– Café-style dining space
– Fireplace lounge
– Three styled bedrooms
– Front garden & courtyard
– Two bathrooms
HIRE STRUCTURE
Commercial hire is assessed case-by-case and generally start at $750.00AUD.
Extended hours, larger crews, set builds, heavy equipment, catering teams or multi-day shoots are quoted accordingly. A security bond and certificate of currency may be required depending on production scale.
