Prize Conditions

  • The prize must be redeemed as a single event and cannot be separated, divided or redeemed across multiple dates.

  • All prize inclusions must be used on the same booking date and are subject to the availability of all participating suppliers.

  • The winner is responsible for coordinating their preferred date with Chouchou and participating suppliers.

  • The prize is valid for redemption for 12 months from the date the winner is announced.

  • The prize is not valid during October, November, March or April.

  • Public holidays, long weekends and special event periods may be excluded at the discretion of Chouchou and participating suppliers.

  • Blackout dates may apply.

Accommodation Conditions

  • Accommodation is for one consecutive 3-night stay at Chouchou.

  • Maximum occupancy limits of the property must be adhered to at all times.

  • The winner and guests must comply with all Chouchou house rules.

  • Additional guests beyond those included in the prize are not permitted unless approved in writing by Chouchou and may incur additional fees.

  • A security bond may be required prior to check-in.

Supplier Conditions

  • Each supplier's contribution is subject to their availability.

  • If a supplier becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a service of equal or similar value where possible.

  • No cash alternative will be provided for any unused portion of the prize.

  • Services not specifically listed as part of the prize package are excluded and may incur additional charges if requested.

General Conditions

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

  • The winner may not sell, auction or otherwise transfer any component of the prize.

  • Any travel, transport, accommodation outside of Chouchou, meals, beverages or expenses not expressly stated are the responsibility of the winner.

  • The winner is responsible for obtaining any permits, licences or approvals required for their event if applicable.

  • The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

  • The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

Photography & Marketing

  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that photographs and video content captured during the event may be used by Chouchou and participating suppliers for marketing, promotional, social media, website and editorial purposes.

  • The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activity associated with the competition.

Entry Conditions

  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

  • Entry is open to Australian residents only.

  • Employees, contractors and immediate family members of participating businesses are not eligible to enter.

  • The winner will be selected at random and contacted via the details supplied in the entry form.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a redraw may occur.
